Modify Safety Inspection Questions

Explanation

This activity is used to modify questions already registered for a safety inspection.

In order to perform this activity, a safety inspection with details and questions is required to be registered in the system.

There are no system effects.

Open the Safety Inspection window and find the inspection for which you want to modify questions.
Go to the Questions and Actions tab and Safety Inspection Question section and create a new record in order to add a question to the inspection by selecting it from the list.
Select a question which is no longer valid for the inspection and change it to a new one from the list.
Select a question which is no longer valid and remove it from the list.
Save the information.
