Evaluate Safety Procedures
Explanation
This activity is used to evaluate whether safety procedures have been
followed by the organization when handling the incident causing injuries to
personnel or damages to property.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity;
- Persons are required to be already defined in the
Person window.
- Templates of questions are required to be already defined in the
Incident Basic Data/Safety
Department Questions window.

Procedure
- Open the Incident window. Ensure that the required incident case is
selected in the header.
- Go to the Incident/Safety Department tab and create a new record.
- In the Reviewer field, enter the ID of a person.
- In the Review Date field, enter the date of review.
- The predefined questions will be listed in the table.
- Right-click and click Update Questions to ensure that any
questions recently defined in the basic data will be updated.
- Give answers to each question in the Answer field. Also, enter
the date on which the answers are submitted.
- You can enter any additional comments in the Remark field.
- Save the information.
