Connect Templates to Inspection Types

Explanation

This activity is used to define inspection types and to connect these types to safety inspection templates already defined in the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Template tab.

Note that FIRE and HAZARD are system defined safety inspection types.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Type tab.
2. Create a new record and enter new safety inspection types in the Safety Inspection Type field.
3. Save the information.
4. Select the required safety inspection type from the list in the Safety Inspection Type field and create a new record in the table.
5. In the Safety Inspection Template field, enter safety inspection templates already defined in the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Template tab. You can select values using the list.
6. Save the information.
