Explanation

This activity is used to finalize a safety action once it is performed.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, safety actions is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Actions window and find the safety action which you want to complete.
2. Select the action which can be finalized and right-click and click Complete. The status of the action will change to Completed.
3. In case you can see some incorrect information or some details need change, select the completed action and right-click and click Reset. The status of the action will change to Planned.
