Answer Safety Inspection Questions

Explanation

This activity is used to enter answers for the questions relevant to the inspection. The safety inspection template connected to the safety inspection will determine the questions that are required to be answered. Additionally, if required, it is also possible to manually enter questions which are not included in the safety inspection template.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a safety inspection with details is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
2. Search or populate to find the required inspection report.
3. Go to the Questions and Actions tab and Safety Inspection Questions table and select answers and enter comments for the listed questions.
4. Save the information.
