Remove Reported Balances

Explanation

When reported balances exist, it is not allowed to remove a reporting status row or to change settings on a reporting entity. This activity is used to remove the reported balances of a reporting entity.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the reporting status of the reporting entity should be Reported or Error.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the reporting status of the reporting entity will change to Not Reported. All related logs and journals will be removed.

Procedure

To remove the reported balances of a reporting entity:

  1. Open the Reporting Period Status window and search for the combination of period, reporting transaction type and balance version.
  2. Right-click and click Remove Reported Balances.
  3. Reporting status will change to Not Reported.
