Use this window to analyze load and capacity for an Individual resource, resource group or a resource structure. Load and capacity could be visualized per day, week, month, quarter or year on different tabs.
Capacity and load from Projects (Project Resource Planning and Project Resource Forecast), Maintenance (Work tasks, PM Actions, Compatible Units and Maintenance Orders), Human Resources (Absence and Training Events) and Manufacturing (Shop Orders, Production Schedules and CRP Calculated) will all be shown and could be analyzed in the Resource Analysis.
The settings done in the Parameters tab will decide both what data to be shown in the graph but also how the data is grouped and visualized. These settings are stored per user so same settings can be used regardless of what resource, resource group or resource structure to be analyzed.
To view the load data, click on a bar in the graph.
