Use this activity to enter information on a voucher template.

Prerequisites

Before a voucher template can be entered, the following must have been completed:

• The company must exist in IFS Financials.

As a result of this activity the voucher template can be used in Voucher Entry.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter a voucher template:

1. Open Voucher Template.
2. Use the New function and enter the information.
3. Save when finished.

Note! You can also use Voucher Templates and enter information for the template. Then select the Voucher Template operation to enter more information for the template.
