Enter Resource Cost

Explanation

Resource costs are used in projects and maintenance processes.

Costs will be fetched as below.

• If there is a cost record without the site, then it will be fetched.
• If there is a cost record with a site, then it will be fetched.
• If there is a cost record with more than one site for a company, you will be asked to add a record without a site.

Limitation: Tool & Equipment resource groups must have a cost element in Cost Element tab in order to get planned values for resources in a work order.

Use this window to define cost details for resources.

Prerequisites

Resources have been created.

Costs are defined for resources.

Procedure

1. Open the Resource Navigator window.
2. Search for a resource structure.
3. Define resource costs in the Cost tab window.
4. Alternatively, you can define costs in the Resource Detail window or the Resource Cost overview window.
