Peform this activity to enter resource attribute basic data. When there is a large number of resources, the resource attributes can be used to facilitate working with resources. First you define attributes and attribute values to be used on resources. Then you can enter those attributes and attribute values for the appropriate resources.

Procedure

1. Open the Resource Attribute Basic Data window
2. Create a new Attribute record and enter values in the Attribute ID and Attribute Description fields
3. Save the record.
4. Create a new Attribute Value record and enter values in the Attribute Value and Attribute Value Description fields.
5. Save the record.
6. Repeate steps 4 and 5 to define more possible values for the attribute.
7. Repeate steps 2 to 6 to define more attributes.
