Procedure

Use the following procedure to define a code part for currency balance accounting:

1. Open Define Code String and find the code parts.
2. Specify an optional name in the Internal Name field for the code part that is to be used for the currency balance accounting.
3. Check that the Code Used field is "Yes."
4. In the Code Part Function field, select Curr Balance.
5. Enter the number of characters in the Max No. of Char. field.
6. Specify an optional name in the Description field.
7. Save the information.
