Print Main Object Report

Explanation

Use this activity to print the Main Object Report. The report shows acquisition values, accumulated depreciation up to last year, accumulated depreciation present year, total depreciation, and net value. The selection can be done for an interval of year and period. Other selection terms are object identity, object group, and book.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report is printed either on screen or on paper.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print the report:

1. Open Info Services/Order Reports.
2. Click the arrow in the Report field and select the Main Object Report.
3. Use the List button to select the company.
4. Enter Financial Year and Period.
5. Use the List button and select the Main Object ID.
6. Use the List button and select the Object ID.
7. Use the List button and select the Object Group ID.
8. Use the List button and select the Book.
9. Specify DETAIL or SUMMARY in the Summary/Detail field.
10. Specify GROUP or OBJECT in the Object Group/Object field.
11. Confirm the information.
