Use this window to get an overview of existing column templates. It is possible to select a column template for further operations, e.g., to export the column template. You can also create, delete, or modify column templates in this window when the Authorization status is set to Public. If the Authorization status is set to Private, you can only delete and modify if you are the owner of the template or the system owner. A column template can be copied from the current company or from another company in IFS Financials. You can also create a file for export of a column template to a company in another database. If the Create System Template box in the Export Column Template dialog box is checked, a system template will be created for all companies in the current database. In this window it is also possible to import a column template that has been created in another database.
