Resolve

Explanation

This activity is used to resolve the failed transactions that have occurred on the FSM integration in unresolved state. Resolve a failed transaction by using Resolve in the Operations menu. The status of the record is updated from Unresolved to Resolved.

Prerequisites

 Unresolved FSM error log should exist.

System Effects

The job status will be marked as Resolved

  1. Open the FSM Error Log window, and populate it which the errors should be viewed.  
  2. Right click, and then click Resolve.
