Create New Work Task

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new Work Task in the mobile device.

Prerequisites

The employee should be defined. This employee should be set up as a mobile user.

Procedure

  1. Create New Work Order option from Home Screen
  2. Decide whether the work will be done by current mobile user (in which case Work Assignment will be also created)
  3. Go through the process - set all relevant data
  4. Optionally capture a photograph during the process

  1. Select existing Work Assignment
  2. From Actions select Add Task option
  3. Decide whether the work will be done by current mobile user (in which case Work Assignment will be also created)
  4. Go through the process - set all relevant data

  1. Select existing Work Assignment
  2. From Actions select Add Task option
  3. Uncheck 'Assign new work to me' option and check 'Keep work on device'
  4. Go through the process - set all relevant data
  5. Check Work Assignment created - add plannning information and return
