Enter General Estimate Information

Explanation

This activity is used to view and enter general information associated with an estimate. Information entered includes the following: Responsible Person, Estimate Type, Estimate Calcification, Salesman, Market, Region and District. When the estimate header is saved, Created By and Creation Date field on the Estimate/General tab is updated.

Prerequisites

The estimate header must have been entered and saved.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, additional information is added to the estimate.

Procedure

  1. Open the Estimate window and populate or search for the required Estimate ID.
  2. Click the General tab and enter the information to be added on the estimate.
  3. Save.
