Create from Isolation Template

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new isolation order from an isolation template. All establishment and re-establishment instructions previously entered in the isolation will be copied.

Prerequisites

The isolation must have been created and approved in the IFS/Equipment, Isolation window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a new isolation order including instructions is created.

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation Order window.
2. Right-click and click Create from Isolation Template. The Create Isolation Order from Isolation dialog box appears.
3. Enter a value in the Isolation field. Click List to select a suitable value.
4. Click OK.
