Use this tab to view journal entries for the selected functional object. Journal entries originates from two places, either from functional object itself or from relevant design object. When the following changes are performed, journal entries are created on functional object:
New functional object is created in Equipment.
New functional object is transferred from Asset Design to Equipment. (i.e., status change to Set Planned for Operation or Set Completed)
The operational status of the functional object is changed.
The functional patent is changed from Asset Design or Equipment.
The design object status is changed except Completed to Redesign status change.
You can enter additional information relevant to a journal event by using the Add Notes right mouse button option.
