Procedure

  1. Open the Employee File or Personal File window and select an employee to register education information.
  2. Select the Education tab and click New.
  3. Specify the education level name, education field name and the educational institution name by selecting values from the lists in the respective fields.
  4. Specify the location of the educational institution in the Location field.
  5. In the Start Date and End Date fields, enter the valid period for selected education.
  6. In the Grade Point Average field, enter a numerical value as the employee's GPA (Grade Point Average) during the education period.
  7. You can specify optional information in the Achievement and Remark fields.
  8. Save.
