Explanation

Use this function to register Employee Career Paths. These show each employee's plan for attaining a new job, including when this can be achieved.

As a support to choose job, it is possible to use the normal career path defined for the company.

Prerequisites

Career plan for the employee.
Optional data: Normal Career path.

Procedure

1. Select Employee and career planning period.
2. New.
3. Specify the Job, define when this can be achieved. 
   Optional, choose Get Normal Career Path from the right mouse button menu in order to find a job that corresponds to the normal career path in the company.
   Optional, choose Copy from Previous Career Planning Period from the right mouse button menu in order to use the same job as was planned for the employee in previous period.
4. Save.
