Recognize Career Advancement Levels

Explanation

Use this function to map the Career Potentiality Levels and the Performance Indexes to the Career Advancement Levels. Flexibility is given to map more than one (a maximum of 2) adjoining career potential levels / performance indexes to a single performance index / career potentiality level. (Based on the career potentiality levels / performances indexes used by the organization). A dummy matrix is drawn while the mapping is done.

Before you can view the Career Advancement Level, the following must have been completed:

• Performance Indicator
• Career Potential Level
