Reopen the Action

Explanation

This activity is used to reopen a disciplinary or grievance action when there is a need to add or modify its information.

Prerequisites

In order to perform the activity:

As a result of this activity, a disciplinary or grievance action will be reopened. Its status will change to Planned.

Procedure

  1. Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management window.
  2. Search or populate to find a relevant disciplinary or grievance issue.
  3. In the upper table, right-click an action that you want to reopen and click Reset.
