Use this function to move an employee from one company to the other, i.e., end the employment in the first company and start a new employment in the second company.
You need access to both companies. You also need access to the employees current position ID as well as to the position ID in the new company.
The current employment will be ended and the employee will be registered as an active employee in the new company. All information linked to the Person ID will be visible also in the new company. E.g., property codes in the Person context.
Open the Terminate Employment wizard in the current company and end the current employment.
Open Change Global Company to set the employees new company.
Open the New Employee wizard and select option, "Create from an existing person".
Enter the employees Person ID and add the new company related information.
