Register Reason of Leaving

Explanation

Use this function to register reasons that describe why an employee has left their job. The reason of leaving information is optional, but is recommended since it can be used for various statistics.

System Effects

When you enter a reason of leaving, the dialog Set Employee Status will appear.

Procedure

  1. Open the Reasons for Leaving window and add a new record.
  2. In the Reason for Leaving field, enter the reason why the employee might want to leave (end his employment). Both voluntary and involuntary reasons should be listed.
  3. In the Reason for Leaving Description field, enter a short description of the reason.
  4. Save your changes.
