Define Access to Groups of Former Employees
Explanation
Use this function to define access to groups of former employees. Access is
given by connecting the user's employee number to one or several groups.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, former employee groups should be registered.
System Effects
The user will be able to see the former employees connected to the accessible
groups even though the position access is no longer maintained.

Procedure
- Open the Former Employee Groups - Access Setup window and add a
new record.
- In the Person ID field, enter the identifier of a person that
will receive supervision rights over the former employee group.
- In the Company ID field, enter the identifier of a company that
has a former employee group. You can use the list of values.
- In the Former Employee Group field, enter the identifier of a
former employee group that will become accessible to the person selected in
step 2.
- In the Access Role field, enter the identifier of an access role.
This role will determine what data the supervisor can access and what sort
of actions he can perform.
- In the Valid To and Valid From fields, enter the validity
period for the access setting. The supervisor will be able to access the
former employee group during this period.
- Save the information.
