Define Participant Roles

Explanation

This activity is used to define what roles persons can play in solving disciplinary and grievance issues in the company. Possible examples would include union representatives, counselors, witnesses, supervisors etc.

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, roles that persons can play in solving the issue will be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management Basic Data window.
  2. On the Role tab, add a new record.
  3. In the Role field, enter the name of the role which a person can play in solving the disciplinary or grievance issue.
  4. In the Description field, enter a description of the role.
  5. To add more roles, go to step 2.
  6. After adding all relevant roles, save your changes.
