Transfer Remarks to Modification History

Explanation

This activity is used to transfer any remarks entered on a snapshot to the corresponding entries in the serial modification history.

Note: This activity is not applicable for the remarks entered on manual entries (where the Manually Added Modification check box is selected) since a corresponding historical entry does not exist.

Prerequisites

• The modification snapshot must exist with the Active check box selected.
• Modification events included in the visit scope must have been signed off.

System Effects

• For all snapshot entries with the Remark Modified check box selected, the entered remark will be displayed in the Mod Execution Remarks field for the corresponding entry in serial modification history.
• Any original remarks entered when finishing the event, will be displayed in the Original Mod Execution Remark for the entry in history.

Procedure

1. Open the Define Work Scope window and search for your overhaul object and/or work order number.
2. Click the Modification Snapshot tab and select the active snapshot.
3. Make sure the Remark Modified check box is selected for one or more entries.
4. Right-click on the header and click Transfer Remarks to Modification History. Observe the Last Transfer Date is set to the transfer date and time.
