Explanation

Use this function to change the status of a CR to Cancelled.

Prerequisites

The CR is registered.

System Effects

The CR has status Cancelled.

Procedure

1. Change the CR status field to Cancelled.
2. Save the change.

If there are any approval steps connected to this CR, to be approved or in state rejected, these steps would be removed from the Approvals window with the canceling of the CR.
