Analyze CO

Explanation

Use Change Order (CO) Info to analyze the information in the different tabs. You can access a CO via a CR, via the list of COs, or by an object connected to the CO.

Typically this will be done when the CO is in status Initialized, and you should then update the CO status from Initialized to Analyzed.

Prerequisites

• The CO must exist.
• To search via a CR, the CR must exist.

Procedure

Via Change Requests:

1. Select the desired CR.
2. If the CR is connected to a CO, select the Change Order menu option.
3. Use the information in the different tabs to analyze the CO.

Via Change Orders:

1. Select the desired CO.
2. Select the Change Order menu option.
3. Use the information in the different tabs to analyze the CO.

Via Connected Objects:

1. Select the object. For example, if you want to analyze the CO connected to a part revision, populate Engineering Part Revision with the desired part.
2. Click the Attachments, and select the Change Actions link
3. In the CO Number field and select Zoom in the Commands menu, or press Shift + F9.
4. The Change Order window opens with the CO data.
5. Use the information in the different tabs to analyze the CO.
