Create Performed Action

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new Performed Action. The performed action is used when you report on a work task to indicate what was done to correct an error. Using standard actions to describe what has been performed makes the report in process uniform and allow possibility for structured analysis of work tasks.

Procedure

  1. Open the Maintenance Basic Data window and click the Performed Actions tab.
  2. Create a new record (F5).
  3. In the Performed Action field, enter an identity.
  4. In the Description field, enter a description of the performed action.
  5. Save the information (F12).
