Assign User Access to Cancellation Causes

Explanation

This activity is used to assign cancellation causes to the selected user.

In Fleet and Asset Management, when you are canceling a maintenance order, maintenance event or task card/subtask already issued to a workshop, you can only use the cancellation causes that are assigned to you and that are valid for the type of record you are canceling (e.g., to cancel a task card/subtask, the Work Task check box must be selected for the cancellation cause).

For  work orders, work tasks, work assignments or  work task steps, user access will only be used if the USE_CNCL_CAUSE_ACCSS object property is set to TRUE when canceling any of the mentioned entities. If the value of this object property is FALSE, you can view all the cancellation causes.
