Enter Note For Account

Explanation

Use this activity to enter a note for an account.  A note can be used as a means of forwarding information to someone who will process the object later. Another use is to make personal notes and comments for internal reference only.

Prerequisites

Before a note for the account is entered, the following must have been completed:

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter a note for an account:

  1. Open Account and find the account for which you want to enter a note.
  2. Select the Notes operation.
  3. Enter the text and confirm the information.

Note: You can also enter a note for the account in Accounts.
