Enter Internal Ledger Authority Classes

Explanation

This activity is used to enter authority classes.

Prerequisites

Before a new authority class can be entered, the following must have been completed

• A company must have been defined
• At least one internal ledger must be defined for the company
• Your user must be connected to an internal ledger

System Effects

As a result of this activity, authority classes will be created to which users can be connected. Also, authority combinations can be entered for the authority class.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter an authority class:

1.    Open the IL Authority Classes window.
2.    Create a new record and enter a new authority class and description.
3.    Save when completed.
