Copy Structure

Explanation

This activity is about copying a cost/revenue breakdown structure.

Prerequisites

• A cost/revenue breakdown structure must already exist to copy from.

System Effects

• The Copied From field in the structure header will be filled with the original cost/revenue breakdown structure ID.
• Once the structure is copied it can then be connected to a project and be used in budgeting and forecasting for the project.

Copy Structure

Procedure

1. Open the Cost/Revenue Breakdown Structure window and populate the required structure.
2. Right-click and select the Copy Structure option.
3. Enter the new structure ID and description.
4. Click OK to create and copy the values into the new structure.
