View/Delete Difference Notice Items

Explanation

Use the View Difference Notice Item activity to view a customer difference notice and to remove lines. You can view all the difference notices generated within the system in various statuses, depending on whether they have been selected to a difference notice proposal or if they have already been printed on a notice.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that a difference notice proposal has been generated. The proposal must be in Created status if you wish to delete a line.

System Effects

The system effects of this activity depend on whether the status of the difference notice is changed or not. It is possible to change, for example, the status of a difference notice from Proposal to Ignore. In this case, the difference notice will be excluded from the difference notices.

Procedure

To View Difference Notice Items:

1. Open the Difference Notice Items window. Use either the Populate or Query function to view existing difference notice items.
2. If you want to change the status on a difference notice item, click the Status field and select the desired status. Click Save.
