This activity is used to acknowlede customer write-off notice proposals.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a write-off notice proposal with the Created status should exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the status of the write-off notice proposal will change to Acknowledged and it will not be possible to modify the proposal.

Procedure

To acknowledge a write-off notice proposal:

1. Open the Write-off Notice Proposals window and search for the proposal which you want to acknowledge.
2. Select the proposal, right-click and then click Acknowledge Proposal.
