Copy All Media

Explanation

Use this activity to copy all storage media to a specified document class. When this activity is performed, all data that exists in the Document Basic/Media tab is copied to the Document Class Management/Media tab and applied to a specific document class.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, storage media values in the Document Basic/Media tab become available to the selected document class.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Class Management window and click the Media tab. 
2. Query for a class in the Document Class field.
3. Right-click anywhere in the table grid and select Copy All Media. Shortly, the storage media values are copied in. You can delete unwanted values.
4. Click Save.
