Explanation

Use this activity to override the default template assigned to the part cost group.

Prerequisites

A part cost group must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the system defines the cost template to use instead of the one assigned to the part cost group by default.

Procedure

1. Open the Part Cost Group window.
2. From the Part Group ID list box, select the part cost group for which you want to assign a different cost template.
3. In the Manuf. Cost Templ. and Purch. Cost Templ. fields, specify the templates to use.
4. Save the changes.
