Explanation

As classifying Sales Contracts may be very different from customer to customer this makes it possible to create contract numbering rules to group similar contracts.

Procedure

1. Select the Sales Contract Basic Data/Contract Numbering tab, and then select New.
2. Enter desired values in the columns presented. Note that both Company and Contract Type are mandatory.
3. Save.
