Use this tab to create a contract change order forecast for the cost or revenue related to a change. This tab is only enabled if the contract change order is connected to a project and the IFS/Project Budgeting and Forecasting component is installed. The contract change order forecasts can later be connected in a selected budget or forecast to this project to be able to e.g. increase this project budget or forecast.
If a work breakdown structure (WBS) and a cost breakdown structure (CBS) are defined for the project you can use both navigators to find the required level in the WBS/CBS structures for the project where you want to work. This means that you can enter the forecast lines against the same cost/revenue element or CBS node and against several levels in the WBS structure. The amounts will also be summarized per cost/revenue element (or CBS node) and displayed in the Contract Change Order/Impact/Financial – This Order tab.
