Use this window to define and describe sales rule messages used in the sales configurator. Each message defined will have a unique message ID that is used in referencing as well as in translating the messages. A sales rule message explains a specific configuration that is used to define a configuration sales rule and/or a configuration sales combination. These messages are also used in validating combination types.
A message can be connected to a family and can be used for parts connected to the specific configuration family. If the message is not connected to a configuration family, the message can be used by any configurable part.
