View Archived Budget Templates

Explanation

Use this window to view information relating to budget templates which are archived in the system. An archived budget template is a specific version of a budget template which existed in the system before changes were imported to it via a Writeback operation carried out in IFS Business Reporter.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, budget templates which have been modified via the Writeback operation in IFS Business Reporter should exist.

Procedure

To view an archived budget template:

1. Open the Archived Budget Templates window and search for the budget template you want to view.
2. If you want to view more detailed information, select the budget template, right-click and then click Details to open the Archived Budget Template window where detailed information is displayed.
3. If you want to view the budget template archive file, right-click in the header of the window and then click View Budget Template Archive File.
