Approve Budget Structure Node

Explanation

When the budget node is awaiting approval, it can be approved by the user when required. If approved the state column will indicate the change. The node/s can be approved by the administrator or the approver.  

Prerequisites

The node/s must be in Awaiting Approval status.

System Effects

The node will change from Awaiting Approval to Approved status.

Procedure

1. Go to Budget Structure window.
2. Query or populate the window to select the budget structure ID.
3. In the Nodes tab, select the row(s) whose status needs to be changed.
4. Right-click and then click Approved.
