Enter Internal Auditor Data

Explanation

Use this activity to define or edit internal auditors. Only a person defined as an internal auditor can carry out audits.

Prerequisites

The internal auditors must exist as both users and persons within the application.

As a result of this activity, an internal auditor is defined or an existing one is modified.

Procedure

1. On the Audit Basic Data window, click the Internal Auditors tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. In the Auditor ID column, click List of Values to select from the available persons. Entering a value in this field is mandatory.
4. In the Notes column, enter a note regarding the internal auditor . Entering a value in this field is optional.
5. Save when complete.
