Define Completion Groups

Explanation

This activity is used to create completion groups for a punch list. Grouping punch lists by completion groups helps in querying and reporting purposes.

Procedure

1. Open the Punch List Basic Data window.
2. Click the Completion Groups tab.
3. Click  New.
4. In the Completion Group ID field enter the identity of a completion group to which the punch list will belong.
5. In the Description field, enter a description of the completion group.
6. Click Save.  
7. Repeat to define additional completion groups.

Note: The Obsolete check box can be selected for a completion group which is no longer used and cannot be used on new punch lists.
