View Absence Functions

Explanation

This activity is used to extract the default functions (absence group functions and absence type functions) which can be used in the company. Absence functions are system defined values which are used for absence group divisions and absence type divisions in the Absence Configuration window.

Absence group functions and absence type functions are separately defined in the Absence Functions window.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the separate absence group functions and absence type functions extracted for the company will be available in the respective tabs of the Absence Functions window.

Procedure

Perform the following procedure to extract absence group functions;

1. Open the Absence Functions window.
2. Go to the Absence Group Function tab.
3. Right-click and click Get Defaults. The default absence group functions will be populated. Each function ID has a number of parameters which is shown in the Number of Parameters field. The Function Parameters field describes the different parameters in a function.

Follow the same procedure in the Absence Functions/Absence Type Function tab in order to extract the system defined absence type functions.
