Define Limit Usage Reduction

Explanation

This activity is used to define day types which will not consume absence limits defined for an absence group.

In order to perform this activity:

As a result of this activity, when an employee registers an absence, any day types configured as limit usage reducing will not consume employee's absence limit.

Procedure

  1. Open the Absence Configuration window.
  2. Click on the relevant absence group in the tree navigator. The Absence Group tab will be enabled in the right pane of the window. Go to the Limit Usage Reducing Days tab.
  3. Add a new record.
  4. In the Wage Class field, enter wage class which holds relevant day types.
  5. In the Day Type field, enter the day type, which is not supposed to use up absence limit.
