This activity is used to define advanced settings for the additional result calculation rule. E.g. Configure the rule to control the maximum hours that should be converted to the new result etc.
In order to perform this activity, an additional calculation rule with basic settings is required to be already defined.
There are no system effects.
Open the Additional Result Calculation Definition window.
Search or populate to find an additional result calculation rule for which you want to define the new settings.
In the Factor field, enter a number by which you want to increase or decrease the new generated result for the converted wage code. The factor value can be any digit by which working hours can be multiplied.
Enter the maximum number of hours which can be converted to the new wage code in the Maximum Conversion Value field.
Select the Delete Original Wage Code check box if only converted wage codes need to show in employee's attendance result.
Select the Reduce From Original Wage Code check box if you want to have the original attendance result reduced after an amount of working hours has been converted to the new wage code.
In the Rounding field, enter a value which will round the calculated additional attendance result.
Save the information.
